Bob Fitzsimmons was recently invited to speak to a group of West Virginia
trial lawyers at the West Virginia Association for Justice's 59th Annual Convention & Seminar. The topic of Bob's presentation was
deposing the 30(b)(6) and 30(b)(7) Corporate Representative. Bob spoke
about how to utilize the power of 30(b) depositions to obtain crucial
information and binding admissions together with tips and tools on deposition
techniques and drafting the notice. Bob Fitzsimmons is frequently asked
by attorneys and medical associations to speak on matters related to personal
injury litigation, brain injuries, and other medicolegal topics.
The West Virginia Association for Justice is comprised of more than 500
plaintiffs' attorneys working throughout West Virginia and surrounding
states whose mission is to preserve and improve the civil justice system
and to protect our constitutional right to trial by jury. The 59th Annual Convention & Seminar was held on June 4 and June 5 in Charleston,
West Virginia and welcomed hundreds of trial lawyers from across the region.
