Two lawsuits have been filed by Fitzsimmons Law Firm on behalf of workers who were burned and injured in a June 7, 2010, gas drilling explosion at the Witzgall #2 gas well site in Moundsville, West Virginia. The cases are pending in the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia against Defendants AB Resources PA, LLC; Chief Oil and Gas, LLC; SEDCO Consulting, LLC; Union Drilling, Inc.; and BJ Services Company.
